Dhruvang Patel is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with 13+ years of direct, owner-side experience delivering capital construction programs across the MTA, NYCT, and DOT/DDC. He has led design and construction management for some of MTA C&D most complex station rehabilitation, ADA accessibility, and vertical-transportation programs.
As Project Director on MTA C&D's first Progressive Design-Build (43 Stations PDB) and on station rehabilitation, ADA, and traction-elevator replacement programs, Dhruvang had overseen more than $1 Billion in capital construction. Dhruvang brings the owner-agency perspective that helps clients anticipate risk, accelerate approvals, and protect schedule and budget through delivery.
